1. Who we are
These terms govern use of Study E-Hub (https://studyehub.com), a software house and free study platform operated from Sahiwal, Punjab, Pakistan. By using the site you agree to these terms.
2. Free study notes
Published notes are provided free for personal education. You may download materials for your own exam preparation. You may not resell, scrape at scale, or republish our PDFs as your own product.
3. Software and mentorship services
Custom software, websites, apps, and mentorship are delivered under a separate project agreement. Quotes, timelines, and payments discussed on WhatsApp or email form part of that agreement once accepted in writing.
4. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your login details private. We may suspend accounts that abuse downloads, post harmful comments, or attempt to access other students' data.
5. Acceptable use
Do not upload malware, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site to send spam. Automated scraping that degrades service is not allowed.
6. Intellectual property
Study E-Hub branding, site code, and original teaching materials remain our property. Textbook excerpts included in notes are used for education; rights remain with the original publishers and boards.
7. Disclaimer
Notes are provided as-is to help students prepare. We work to keep them accurate against current syllabi, but exam boards can change papers and we do not guarantee results.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by Pakistani law, Study E-Hub is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of free notes or downtime. Paid project work is covered by the relevant service agreement.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. The date above will change when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
