Privacy Policy.
Your privacy matters. Here's exactly how we handle your data — in plain language, no legal jargon.
Last updated: January 15, 2026What's in this policy
Short version: We only collect what's necessary to serve you. We never sell your data. And we never share it with anyone without your permission.
01 Information We Collect
Study E-Hub ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website studyehub.com. We collect information you voluntarily provide when you:
- Submit a form on our Contact page
- Reach out to us via WhatsApp or Email
- Request a quote or hire us for a project
- Apply to join as a student or intern
The information we may collect includes:
- Full name — so we know who we're talking to
- Email address — to follow up on your inquiry
- WhatsApp number — for quick replies and project updates
- Service or track of interest — to route your message to the right team
- Message content — so we can understand your needs
02 How We Use Your Data
We use the information you provide for the following purposes only:
- To reply to your inquiry or quote request
- To discuss and deliver a project you've requested
- To follow up on student applications and mentorship
- To send project-related updates or documentation
- To improve our services based on your feedback
We do not use your data for marketing without your explicit consent. We do not send promotional newsletters unless you opt in.
03 Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Ever.
We only share your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With your consent — when you explicitly ask us to involve a team member or partner
- For legal compliance — if required by Pakistani law or court order
- To protect rights — to prevent fraud, abuse, or security threats
Because our contact forms submit directly through your own email app or WhatsApp, your data does not pass through any third-party form processing service.
04 Data Security
We take your data security seriously:
- All student interns working on client projects sign NDAs
- Our servers use HTTPS encryption for all traffic
- Access to client data is restricted to assigned team members only
- We have a zero-breach record since our founding
Important: No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure. While we take reasonable measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not share sensitive information (passwords, financial details, government IDs) through our contact forms.
05 Your Rights
You have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you
- Correction — ask us to fix inaccurate information
- Deletion — ask us to delete your data from our records
- Withdrawal — withdraw consent for future communication
- Portability — request your data in a machine-readable format
To exercise any of these rights, email us at customersupport@studyehub.com with the subject line "Data Request". We'll respond within 7 business days.
06 Cookies
We use a first-party cookie banner. Until you choose Accept analytics, we only keep essential session cookies.
- PHPSESSID — essential signed-in session. It expires when you close the browser unless you also use Keep me logged in
- seh_remember — optional 30-day login cookie if you tick Keep me logged in. Logout deletes it
- studyehub_analytics_consent — remembers your choice for 1 year
- studyehub_vid — anonymous visitor id used only after you accept (no name, email, or raw IP in analytics)
- studyehub_interest — last subject you viewed or downloaded, so we can show matching notes first
- studyehub_ab_dl — download-button color test (green vs blue) until a winner is chosen
Accepted analytics events (page views, note clicks, downloads, searches, and time on the Notes page) are stored locally in our analytics_events table. We do not sell this data and we do not load third-party ad trackers. Choose Essential only to use the site without analytics cookies.
07 Third-Party Links
Our site may contain links to third-party services such as:
- WhatsApp — for direct messaging (governed by Meta's privacy policy)
- Gmail — for email composition (governed by Google's privacy policy)
- Google Maps — for our office location
We are not responsible for how these services handle your data. We recommend reviewing their privacy policies before using them.
08 Children's Privacy
Our services are intended for individuals aged 16 and above. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with their data, please contact us immediately and we'll delete it.
For our student mentorship program, applicants under 18 must have parental or guardian consent before enrolling.
09 Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. When we do:
- We'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For significant changes, we'll notify active clients via email
- Continued use of our site after changes means you accept the updated policy
